Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We want RioHire to genuinely help your job search. If it is not right for you, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that payment. No explanation is required.
2. How to request a refund
Email support@riohire.comfrom the address associated with your subscription and include the word "Refund". We will confirm your request and process eligible refunds promptly.
3. When the refund is processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once processed, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are issued through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), our payment provider.
4. After the 14-day window
After the 14-day window for a given payment has passed, that payment is non-refundable. You can still cancel at any time to stop all future renewals — see our Subscription Terms. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund a period that has already started, except where required by applicable consumer law.
5. Cancelling vs. refunding
Cancelling ends automatic renewal so you are not charged again. Refunding returns a payment you have already made. If you no longer want the subscription, please cancel so you are not billed for the next period.
6. Please contact us before a chargeback
If you see a charge you do not recognize or believe is wrong, please contact support@riohire.com first. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute, including issuing a refund where you are entitled to one.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
