1. How the subscription works
RioHire is sold as an automatically renewing subscription. When you subscribe, you choose a plan. The first period is billed at a discounted intro price. After that period, the subscription renews automatically at the standard price until you cancel.
2. Plans and pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes that may apply in your country.

3. Automatic renewal
At the end of your intro period, and at the end of each renewal period after that, your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged $24.99 per month. This continues until you cancel.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. To stop the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date. You can cancel:
- from your account settings, or
- by emailing support@riohire.com from the address linked to your subscription.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
5. Price changes
If we change the renewal price of your plan, we will notify you by email in advance. The new price will only apply to renewals that occur after the notice period, and you can cancel before it takes effect if you do not agree.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge over a short period. If payment still cannot be collected, your access may be paused or the subscription cancelled.

8. Payment processor
Payments and renewals are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and handles billing and applicable taxes. The charge on your statement may appear under that provider's name.
